Why do I need to provide images of my property and electricity bills?
Every home is unique, we use these photos to help tailor your design for your home and streamline what happens on the day of installation. We also use this information for applications to your distributor.
How will I find out if my finance is approved?
If you have applied for finance to assist with the payment of the system you will be notified of your approval by your financier and by your sales representative. If we need more information to progress your application we will let you know.
How do I apply for the Victorian rebate? (if applicable)
Our team will load your quote to the Solar Victoria portal in order for you to make your application. We will contact you to let you know when you are able to complete your application and direct you to the website.
